Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Fur & Feather BD, trading from Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh. “We” and “us” mean that business; “you” means the person placing the order.

Your account

You may order as a guest or with an account. If you make one, keep the password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think somebody else has it — orders placed through an account are treated as placed by its holder.

Give accurate delivery details. We are not able to redirect a parcel that has gone to an address you typed incorrectly.

Orders, and when they become an agreement

An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. It becomes an agreement when we confirm it — not when the site says the order was placed, and not when a payment is authorised.

We may decline an order: a product may be out of stock after all, a price may have been listed wrongly, or a prescription-only item may have been ordered without a valid prescription. Where money has already been taken for an order we decline, it is refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Bangladeshi taka and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you place the order.

We correct pricing errors when we find them. If a price was obviously wrong and your order is affected, we will contact you before doing anything else rather than quietly charging the higher figure.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates given in working days, and they depend on a courier we do not control. We are responsible for the parcel until it reaches you.

The delivery page sets out the zones, the charges and what happens when a delivery cannot be made.

Cancelling, returning and refunds

An order can be cancelled at no cost until it is handed to the courier. After that it is a return.

The returns page and the refund policy set out what can be sent back and how the money comes back. Nothing on this page reduces a right you have under Bangladeshi consumer law.

Prescription-only veterinary medicines

Products marked as prescription-required are dispensed only against a valid prescription from a consultation with one of our registered consultants. Ordering one without a prescription does not create an agreement to supply it.

Nothing on this site is a substitute for a veterinary examination. Dosages, usage notes and warnings shown on a product are the manufacturer's, and they assume a healthy animal of the stated species and weight.

Product information and photographs

We describe products as accurately as we can, but packaging, formulation and manufacturer artwork change without notice. Photographs are illustrative, and a colour on a screen is not a colour in a room.

Where a difference matters — an active ingredient, a pack size, a withdrawal period — the label on the item you receive is what governs.

Points, quizzes and community content

Points and ranks earned across the shop and the community site are recognition, not money. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and can be adjusted where they were earned by gaming the system.

Anything you post publicly — a photograph, a comment — stays yours, and you give us permission to show it on our own sites while it is posted.

What we are not liable for

We are liable for the order we supply. We are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of something we did wrong, or for the outcome of using a product against its label or without the advice it says to seek.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Suspending an account

We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, that abuses staff or other members, or that is used to obtain prescription-only medicine improperly.

Changes, and the law that applies

These terms may change. The version on this page when you place an order is the version that governs it, so the date at the top matters.

Bangladeshi law applies, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.
