What to put in the message
Four things get an answer in one reply rather than four:
- Your order number, if there is one
- The mobile number the order was placed with
- Which item you mean, by name
- A photograph, for anything damaged, wrong or leaking
Medicine and health questions
We cannot diagnose a bird by email, and we will not guess at a dose. Tell us the species, the age, what you are seeing and how long it has been going on, and we will tell you whether it needs a consultant.
If a bird is in immediate distress, find a vet locally first and talk to us afterwards.
Wholesale, breeders and vendors
Breeders buying in volume and suppliers with a product to list should email us with what they need or what they make. Please include quantities — that is the first thing we would ask.
Complaints
Say what went wrong and what you want done about it, and address it to the same email. Complaints are answered by a person, not a template, and we would rather hear it than read it in a review.
