Delivery & charges
We deliver to every district in Bangladesh. What you pay, and how long you wait, depends on how far the parcel travels from Dhaka.
| Zone | Charge | Arrives in |
|---|---|---|
| Inside Dhaka | ৳60Free over ৳2,000 | 1–2 working days |
| Dhaka division | ৳100 | 2–3 working days |
| Outside Dhaka | ৳130 | 3–4 working days |
Charges are added at checkout once you choose a district, and the exact figure is shown before you place the order.
How the zones work
Three zones, decided by the district on your delivery address. Dhaka city is its own zone. Five districts around it ride the near rate because a courier reaches them the same way it reaches Dhaka:
- Gazipur
- Narayanganj
- Munshiganj
- Manikganj
- Narsingdi
Free delivery inside Dhaka
Orders over the threshold deliver free inside Dhaka city. The threshold is measured on the goods total, before the delivery charge and after any discount.
The cart tells you how much further you have to go, so you are never guessing at it.
When your order leaves us
Orders confirmed on a working day are packed the same day and handed to the courier that evening. Anything confirmed after we close, or on a Friday, goes out the next working day.
The times in the table above are counted from the day the parcel leaves us, not from the moment you press Place order.
On delivery day
The courier calls the mobile number on the order before arriving, so keep that phone on and reachable. If nobody answers, the parcel is usually attempted once more the next working day.
Paying cash on delivery? Have the exact amount ready — couriers frequently carry no change, and a note nobody can break is the most common reason a delivery is turned back at the gate.
Check the parcel before you pay
You are entitled to open the box in front of the courier and look at what is inside. Check that the seals on food sacks and medicine are intact and that nothing is crushed or leaking.
If something is wrong, refuse the parcel and phone us the same day. That is far simpler than a return, for you and for us.
