Payment methods
Cash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver. Online payment runs through SSLCommerz, so your card and wallet details never touch our servers.
Cash on delivery
Pay the courier when the order arrives, in cash. It is available on every order, to every district, with no extra fee.
Have the exact amount ready. Couriers rarely carry change, and that is what turns a completed delivery into a failed one.
Paying online
Choosing bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a card sends you to SSLCommerz to pay, and returns you here afterwards.
Your order is confirmed when the gateway reports the payment to us — not when your browser comes back. If the connection drops on the way, wait for the confirmation SMS before assuming anything failed.
While the gateway is being switched on
Online payment is not live yet. Until it is, an order that chooses it is placed as awaiting payment and the checkout says so plainly on screen — nothing is charged and nothing is dispatched against it.
If you want that order to arrive now, place it as cash on delivery instead.
Prices, VAT and the delivery charge
Every price on the site is in Bangladeshi taka and includes VAT where it applies. The delivery charge is separate and is added at checkout once you have chosen a district.
The figure on the last screen before you place the order is the figure you pay. There is nothing added after it.
If a payment fails or looks duplicated
Do not place the order a second time. A failed payment leaves the order awaiting payment, and ordering again is how one delivery becomes two.
Phone or email us with the order number instead. Where a gateway has taken money against a failed order, it is returned by the same route it arrived — see the refund policy for how long that takes.
