What we collect

When you order or make an account:

• Your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you give one, an email address
• What you ordered, what you paid and how, and the delivery notes you left
• Consultation and prescription records, where you have used that service — including what you tell a consultant about an animal
• Account activity: sign-ins, quiz attempts, points and anything you post publicly
• Ordinary technical data your browser sends — IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you opened

Why we hold it

To take an order, deliver it, take payment for it and answer questions about it afterwards. To keep the account, the order history and the prescription record that you can read back.

To keep the shop working and honest: fraud checks, stock decisions, and understanding which pages are used. Where we use your details to tell you about offers, that is because you asked us to, and every message can be stopped.

Who it is shared with

Only the people an order needs: the courier delivering the parcel (name, address, mobile number), SSLCommerz when you pay online, and the SMS provider that sends the confirmation. We never see your full card number — the gateway holds it, not us.

Consultation and prescription records are seen by the consultant handling the case and by the staff dispensing against it, and by nobody else.

We do not sell personal data. We disclose it beyond this only where the law requires it.

Cookies

This site sets a small number of cookies and no advertising ones: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, a cookie remembering whether you read the site in English or Bangla, and one remembering the light or dark theme.

Your cart lives in your own browser's storage rather than on our servers until you check out. Clearing site data clears it.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept while they may be needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Consultation and prescription records are kept as clinical records for longer than an order is.

An account you ask us to delete is deleted, except where a record has to survive it for the reasons above.

Your choices

You can read and correct most of your details in your account, and you can ask us for a copy of what we hold or ask us to delete it. Marketing messages can be stopped without affecting the messages an order needs.

Ask through the contact page. We may need to check who you are before acting on a request about somebody's data.

Security, and children

The site runs over HTTPS, payments are handled by the gateway rather than by us, and access to order and clinical records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfect, and we would rather say that than claim otherwise.

The shop is not intended for children under 13, and accounts are not knowingly made for them.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions about any of it go through the contact page.
